About Ashley

postpartum counselor in miami

Outside of therapy, I am a wife and a mom of 1 + twins who specializes in cleaning cheerios off the floor. I love gardening, live music, dance and the arts.

Counseling Philosophy

I am a believer in the mind/ body connection and this is especially true in the perinatal period. I enjoy utilizing mindfulness and other evidence based practices to strengthen this connection. I am a strong advocate of education as a tool of empowerment during the perinatal period, understanding what is happening within our body is vital to feeling in control of our mental health.

I believe that although our past has played a great role in who we are today, the future is hopeful and often determined by how we choose to author that narrative.
