There is nothing better than when a person sees just how valuable they really are. I live for that moment when time stops, something clicks, and a person finds the clarity, reassurance, and peace that they’ve been looking for.
I promise to guide you through this process in a safe, laid back and non-judgmental atmosphere. Whether through yoga or counseling, we will work together on setting goals and I will provide you with practical and helpful tools to utilize outside of our sessions. I believe everyone I work with has a valuable set of experiences and perspectives that can be utilized. We will create a custom treatment that is tailored specifically to you and your needs.
I specialize in addressing mental health from a holistic perspective and want to empower you on your wellness journey. Therapy shouldn’t be overwhelming or intimidating and neither should yoga!
I specialize in treating anxiety, women’s issues such as pre/postpartum, and addiction. I also provide trauma conscious yoga instruction for all of my clients.
