I believe therapy should feel cozy, be authentic, supportive, and deeply human. After more than a decade in this field, I am a therapist with her own therapist as I know that unconditional support is vital to supporting others. My work centers on a simple truth that is too often overlooked: women’s hormones impact their mental health. As a licensed therapists holding a doctorate in Clinical Sexology, my work lies in the intersection of reproductive and sexual health and emotional wellbeing. I support women through fertility journeys, pregnancy, postpartum, menopause and changes in intimacy and desire across the lifespan. My therapeutic approach adapts to the strengths of each woman I work with while integrating mindfulness and mind body connection to help clients reconnect with their intuition, confidence, and authentic selves.
I provide a safe, affirming space for individuals of all identities, lived experiences, and faith backgrounds. My work includes supporting the challenges tied to the socially constructed pressure of life as a woman, as well as the biological struggles of having female reproductive parts—acknowledging that these experiences are not mutually exclusive. With deep cultural competence and specialized training, I provide affirming care for the LGBTQIA+ community and those in non-traditional relationships, and offer compassionate support that honors the diverse realities of identity, love, and connection.
